Overall it was am awesome stay. However they did offer continental breakfast. The menu selection was very minimal. If you want hot breakfast they required a 10 fee per meal. Another thing I didn't quite like was, they don't give c e you acess to coffee throughout the day. I was late for breakfast one morning. She offered to get the coffee for me. I thought that was wrong. She came back with straws in my cup. It was unsanitary to me. I would of love to made my own coffee She could of stood there. It did matter to me. Lastly I noticed a few staff members in the kitchen area was sick. So that was a turn off for me. They were really nice the rooms were clean. Location was super great. The receptionist that check me in early that morning was super accommodating and awesome she was helpful. So thanks so much.

Although it was an older property, there were definitely some updates, very clean and well taken care of. We felt safe and I didn’t have to spend an hour cleaning the room before we settled in! There were even vacuum lines on the plush chair in the room. This was a thoroughly clean room. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. bed was comfortable. In the past couple of month’s leading to my son’s wedding, I booked a different hotel and it was horrible (fake reviews). So happy with this booking 😊 It’s in downtown so there are stores, restaurants and shopping close by! We are planning a leisure weekend soon and will definitely book here again! Fred, the front desk gentleman was so kind. All staff were accommodating and pleasant. What a nice change from the “new normal “ negative personalities we’ve encountered lately!

It was very clean. It had comfortable bed in a spacious room and friendly personnel. The view looking out over the city from our 6th and 5th floor rooms was beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. It was close to lots of restaurants. It has a beautiful pool that would be nice in the summer.

It was clean and convenient to downtown. Fred at the front desk was super helpful and nice. Our room wasn't ready at the normal check-in time so we ran to a grocery store to kill some time. When we came back Fred gave us a complimentary breakfast coupon for our trouble. BTW, it was delicious.

Rooms are always clean. Property always feels safe. No rude or lazy staff. Location is perfect. I always have a fine experience staying at hawthorne. Truly nothing negative to say about this place. I book here twice a month. I hope you decide to book with Hawthorne too!
